Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
TradeBoost AI Ltd (Company #17227850) operates the website tradeboostuk.co.uk and the TradeBoost lead generation and AI automation service for UK trade businesses. Our contact email is kamran@tradeboostuk.co.uk.
2. What data we collect
When you submit our free lead audit form, we collect the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business type (e.g. plumber, roofer, electrician)
- City or town
- Any additional details you provide in free-text fields
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, or biometric data). Advertising cookies are only used if you accept them (see section 8).
3. Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to:
- Contact you about the free lead audit you requested
- Discuss how TradeBoost services could help your trade business
- Send you relevant follow-up communications about our AI systems
We will only contact you in connection with TradeBoost services. Your data will never be used for unrelated purposes.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may use the following tools to manage communications, each of which processes your data only as our processor:
- CRM and email outreach tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, Instantly) — for managing leads and follow-up
- SMS platforms — for follow-up messages you opt in to receive
4a. If you ask us to find you a plumber
When you use our find-a-plumber form we collect your name, phone, email, postcode and the job details you give us. We use them only to pass your job to one independent local plumber, because you asked us to when you sent the form (the notice beside the button says so), and to email you about that job. That plumber receives your details so they can contact you about the job and becomes responsible for how they use them.
We do not send you marketing, we do not pass your details to anyone else, and we delete job requests 12 months after we receive them. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to our email or writing to kamran@tradeboostuk.co.uk. Emails are sent through Google (Gmail), which processes them as our processor.
5. Your right to opt out
You can opt out of our communications at any time:
- SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message we send you
- Email: Click Unsubscribe in any email, or reply asking to be removed
- Full erasure: Email kamran@tradeboostuk.co.uk and we will delete all your personal data within 30 days
6. Your UK GDPR rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kamran@tradeboostuk.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Data retention
We retain your enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
8. Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept advertising cookies. They stay off unless you press Accept, and rejecting them does not stop the site working. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of the page.
- tb-consent (browser storage, strictly necessary): remembers your choice for 6 months.
- Google Ads (Google LLC) —
_gcl_*and related Google cookies, up to 90 days, only if you accept: tells us whether a visit came from one of our Google ads and whether it led to an enquiry. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We need your consent for these under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. We do not send Google the details you type into our forms.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
